Payments for services, including insurance co-payments, are due at the time of service. We accept cash, personal checks and these major credit cards:

We are participating providers for several major vision and health care plans. We will explain to you what your insurance allows and any charges that will not be covered. Non-covered fees are due at the time of service.

Insurance may pay all, some or none of your bill, so please remember that any charges that are not covered are your responsibility.
If your vision and eye care is covered by any other plan, we ask that you pay us directly at the time of service. We will then give you an itemized receipt which contains all the information necessary for you to obtain allowable reimbursement from your insurance company.
